Simulated gambling. Betting uses in-game virtual currency only — no real money is ever wagered or paid out. Not intended for players under 18.

WHAT IS THIS?

DOS Horse Racing is a local, pass-the-phone party game built for game nights, not for playing alone. Up to six players share one device, each with their own bankroll, taking turns betting on races run by a field of pixel-art horses with names like "Spilled Milk" and "Witch's Brew."

Every race is genuinely unpredictable — favorites can stumble, longshots can surge, and every so often a jockey takes a comic tumble and the horse finishes the race riderless. Live commentary calls out real moments from the actual race as they happen, not scripted filler.

No accounts, no logins, no real money changes hands. Just a fast, silly race and a chance to talk trash about whoever bet on the horse that fell over.

PRIVACY POLICY

This policy covers the DOS Horse Racing mobile app, published by Timbuk-Also LLC ("we," "us"). It explains what information is collected when you use the app and why.

What we don't collect

DOS Horse Racing has no accounts, no login, and no way to identify you personally. We do not collect your name, email address, or any player names you type in — those exist only on your device, for that session, and are never sent anywhere.

Advertising data (via Google AdMob)

The app shows ads through Google AdMob, including an optional "watch an ad for bonus currency" feature. To do this, AdMob and its partners may collect:

  • Advertising identifiers (like Apple's IDFA or Android's Advertising ID)
  • Device information (device type, operating system version)
  • Approximate location (derived from IP address)
  • Ad interaction data (which ads were shown, watched, or tapped)

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us directly. You can review how Google handles this data in Google's Privacy Policy, and you can reset or limit your device's advertising identifier at any time in your phone's system settings.

In-app purchases

If the app offers a purchase (such as removing ads), that transaction is handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play billing systems. We never see or store your payment information.

Children's privacy

DOS Horse Racing includes simulated gambling content and is rated for players 18 and older. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your choices

You can limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings at any time (Settings → Privacy → Tracking on iOS, or Settings → Ads on Android). Doing so may result in less relevant ads but does not affect gameplay.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change too. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
